Fairmount Center for the Arts

Verb Ballets has been engaged as a consultant to coordinate the Dance Program at Fairmount Center for the Arts. The Fairmount Center Dance Theatre Program helps individual students ages 5-18 develop healthy, disciplined bodies, creative minds, and an in-depth knowledge and appreciate of dance as an art form. Verb Ballets will work to create a nurturing and concentrated environment where dancers are encouraged to explore their potential as artists. The dancers of Verb Ballets are also instructors for dance classes.

John Carroll University

Verb Ballets is pleased to continue its partnership with John Carroll University. Adjunct instructor Desmond Davis delivers a course designed to develop efficiency of movement, combined with an understanding of basic movement principles and an appreciation for dance. In addition to learning basic elements of dance, Verb Ballets brings the company to campus or students into the studio to offer a day of exposure into the life of a professional company. Verb Ballets also offers the university students discounted tickets to Verb Ballets performances.  This outreach program supports Verb’s goal to cultivate dance appreciation and to foster a new generation of theater-goers.
